You@Stillmotion Kennels™: Helping you set your own goals

Misalyn Armstrong handling Favor

Misalyn working with Favor, a one and a half year old Irish Water Spaniel. Misalyn Armstrong has also handled her Irish Water Spaniel, Deegan (O'Malleigh's High Jinks Deegan), to a Senior Title.

Our primary objective for the retriever owner who trains with us is to help you learn to do what is important to you and your dog. After working with us, your dog knows his job, and we can work with him toward Hunt Tests and Field Trials if he shows he is capable.

The questions we need to answer with you are: Is your goal to communicate better with your dog when you take him hunting? Are you thinking of working with him as he trains for hunt tests? Or is your goal simply to be proficient in basic obedience work with your dog?

Your goals for yourself may, and probably will, change over time as you experience the excitement of working with your well-trained dog. To keep him in good training condition, you will probably want to learn some basics about handling your dog. At Stillmotion Kennels™, we can provide you with that service, but we are always happy to continue working with you as your interest in retrievers grows.

Call Stillmotion Kennels™ at (360) 629-3111 to consult with us about your needs. We are available for private training sessions, and more intensive training. We also have group training sessions for owners. Call us for an appointment, and for our current owner training schedule.
